It is normal. There is no effect to the tissue structure. It will be 80% smaller of the original volume after using the Mounting & Storage Solution.
E.g) In Finally, a 24 weeks old whole mouse brain (13 x 15 x 10 ㎜) will be smaller as 10 x 12 x 8 ㎜.
It is very important that the final volume of sample can be acceptable into the the Light-Sheet Microscope (LSM). You can take whole images of the sample by LSM.
QThe sample is changed to opacity after the washing step in clearing method.‹
It is normal. It will be transparency after using the Mounting & Storage Solution.
QStored the kit at the room temperature for days.‹
Storing the kit under 36 degree Celsius is possible between one or two weeks. But we recommand to store it at 4 degree Celsius.
QIs the Mounting and Storage solution reusable?‹
Yes, it is possible that depend on the condition. But we don't recommend the reuse of solution to get the better image. Whether it seems like to be contaminated or the color is changed, DO NOT REUSE the Mounting and Storage Solution.
QIs the Tissue Clearing solution reusable?‹
No, you DO NOT REUSE the Tissue Clearing solution.
